resep milo cookies mudah

*bahan*
1. 100 gr margarin
2. 50 gr gula tepung
3. 1 butir telur
4. 2 sachet (28 gram) susu coklat bubuk instan
5. 150 gr tepung terigu berprotein rendah
6. 50 gr white cooking chocolate, lelehkan


*cara*
1. kocok margarin dan gula tepung 40 detik
2. tambahkan telur, kocok rata
3. masukka susu coklat bubuk instan, tepung terigu, dan tepung meizena sambil diayak dan diaduk rata
4. semprot dengan spuit geriji di atas loyang yang dioles margarin
5. oven selama 25 menit dengan suhu 160 derajat celcius
6. hias atasnya dengan white cooking chocolate leleh.


tips: pemakaian gula bisa disesuikan dengan rasa susu yang digunakan. jika susu cenderung manis, kurangi pemakaian gulanya.

Karna gue punya banyak buku cerita dan novel, jadi gue mau post cerita tersebut lewat blog :) :) :)

I know it's hard.. Tapi gue pengen post ini dan gue udh pikirin tentang ini sebelumnya. Tapi ceritanya gak bakal gue post langsung sehari, kan gila pegel banget kalo novel.. jadi gue postnya sekuat tenaga + selama ada koneksi internet aja..

"BookAreNotMine" yup, itulah label/tag dari ide ini.. kenapa dinamain begitu? Karena semua cerita yang bakal di post dengan tag ini bukan murni hasil karya gue, tapi karya orang lain. Dan maaf sebelumnya kalo cerita yang gue post kurang terkenal, gak seru, atau bahkan gak pernah kalian denger.. yaa karena kesukaan orang kan beda-beda :)

resep membuat roti manis

*BAHAN*
1. 400 gr cream cheese
2. 200 gr margarin
3. 200 gr gula pasir
4. 120 gr tepung terigu
5. 80 gr susu bubuk
6. 40 gr tepung meizena
7. 5 butir telur
8. 1 sdm emulfisier (pelembut/penstabil adonan)
9. 1 sdt garam

*CARA*
1. ayaklah campuran tepung terigu, tepung meizena, susu bubuk dan garam terlebih dahulu. Aduk-aduk hingga rata lalu sisihkan
2. kocok campuran cream dan margarin sampai halus kemudian sisihkan
3. di tempat yang berbeda, kocoklah telur, gula pasir dan emulfisier hingga mengembang
4. lalu masukka campuran tepung terigu dan campuran cheese cake, aduk-aduk hingga adonan tercampur rata
5. selanjutnya tuang adonan tersebut ke dalam loyang loaf yang telah dialasi kertas roti dan mentega sebelumnya
6. lalu panggang adonan ke dalam oven dengan suhu 190 derajat celcius selama 45 menit/hingga cake bewarna agak kecoklatan
7. angkat, dinginkan dan potong sesuai selera

Resep Membuat Pizza

*BAHAN UNTUK ROTI PIZZA*
1. 250 gr terigu protein berkualitas
2. 250 ml susu cair hangat
3. 1 butir telur ayam
4. 4 gr ragi instan
5. 3 sdm mentega
6. 3 sdm minyak goreng

*BAHAN UNTUK ISI DAN SAUS PIZZA*
1. 2 bawang bombay, cincang halus
2. 2 buah sosis (rasa sapi/ayam) potong tipis sesuai selera
3. 1-2 buat tomat potong tipis
4. daging cincang secukupnya (bisa diganti dengan kornet)
5. 1 buah paprika, buang isinya, cincang kotak-kotak (bisa diganti dengan jangung manis atau sayura lainnya)
6. 2 siung bawang putih
7. 1 butir telur
8. daun bawang, cincang halus
9. saus tomat dan saus cabai sesuai selera
10. keju sesuai selera

*CARA*
1. campur terigu, mentega, aduk hingga rata lalu tambahkan minyak dan aduk lagi
2. tambahkan telur dan susu, aduk kembali hingga lembut
3. diamkan adonan kurang-lebih 15 menit dengan ditutup kain serbet dalam wadah
4. tumis bawang putih, sosis, tomat, telur, bawang bombay, paprika hingga masak lalu masukkan daun bawang terakhir dan tunggu beberapa saat sebelum diangkat
5. masukka adonan yang sudah didiamkan selama 15 menit dan ratakan di atas teflon, sambil ditusuk-tusuk dengan garpu agar bisa mengembang
6. lumuri adonan yang berada di teflon dengan saus tomat hingga rata
7. taburkan bahan-bahan isi yang sudah ditumis dan lumuri kembali dengan saus tomat
8. tambahkan parutan keju diatas adoanan yang sudah diberi toping, lalu tutup rapat teflon setelah api dinyalakan dan tunggu sekitar 15 menit
9. jika sudah 15 menit atau terlihat matang, barulah diangkat

*BAHAN*
1. tepung terigu 1/2 kg
2. gula pasir 5 sdm
3. 200 cc air
4. 1/2 bungkus ragi instan
5. 3 sdm susu bubuk
6. 2 sdm garam
7. 2 butir telur
8. 3 sdm mentega


*CARA*
1. kocok 2 butir telur dengan sendok, kocok hingga cukup mengembang
2. masukkan gula pasir, mentega, garam, susu kental, dan susu bubuk. aduk hingga rata
3. masukkan tepung terigu secara perlahan
4. aduk rata semua bahan
5. masukka ragi instan ke dalam 200 cc air dan aduk sampai tercampur rata dengan air
6. masukkan ragi yang sudah dicampur air ke dalam adonan
7. uleni sampai kalis atau sampai adonan tidak menempel di tangan
8. diamkan adonan selama 20 menit di wadah tertutup
9. tunggu adonan mengembang sendiri
10. ambil 1 sendok makan adonan dan bentuk menjadi bulat
11. beri lubang di bagian tengahnya (bisa langsung dengan jari telunjuk atau benda) dan letakkan di wadah yang sudah diselimuti tepung
12. diamkan adonan yang sudah dibentuk bulat kurang-lebih 20 menit
13. siapkan wajn penggorengan dan panaskan minyak goreng
14. goreng adonan donat dengan api kecil
15. biarkan adonan hingga bewarna coklat kekuningan
16. angkat donat dan diamkan sampai benar-benar dingin
18. olesi margarin di bagian permukaan donat dan taburi messes warna-warni atau messes coklat sesuai selera
